The oil pan is brand new, never used. It is oversized and baffled and it includes the original hardware and also comes with a new magnetic drain plug.

Anyway you would consider holding for me for the weekend? I too am in FL. May be selling the motor, but if it doesn't sell, I will likely scoop this upgrade for the SR.
