Well to start with i knew it wasnt good when my clutch would no longer disengage and i could shift into gears without pushing down the pedal. After fishing for advice on her i was told i needed a whole new clutch. This was the absolute correct advice, which i thank you people for. Now when i dropped the bellhousing lots of black clutch dust fell all over me, not a good sign. Then i got the pressure plate and the cltuch padding on the flywheel side completely crumbled all over me. At this point i knew i was in for a treat. After taking off the clutch (what was left of it) i found that on the flywheel side it was ground down to the metal. Amazingly my flywheel was in damn near perfect condition.

thats my less than 1mm thick old clutch.
Everyone laugh with me as we solute my abillity to wreck a clutch faster than any human known to man. I guess 4 people learning to drive stick over the years on my s13 was just too much. Thanks for the people who gave me advice, my install was indeed successfull.
