Not in my budget

Have 550cc (740cc more likely in the end)
But have a top mount Garret 3582

Was told won't work on my engine cause it's stock
I need a built engine to run that turbo
So sr20det or the 2.2 is needed
Any Intel much appreciated
If none I will get one from graveyards
