How about a disclaimer protecting you from possible legalities regarding ephedra? :)
Evidence from controlled trials was sufficient to conclude that the use of ephedrine and/or the use of ephedra-containing dietary supplements or ephedrine plus caffeine is associated with two to three times the risk of nausea, vomiting, psychiatric symptoms such as anxiety and change in mood, autonomic hyperactivity, and palpitations.

I went on ephredra products twice in my life, the first time I was originally about 190, 6% body fat...during a divorce I ballooned to 24x and 20 to 30% bodyfat (never measured, went from a 32 waist to over 38 so I was big)....

lost 86lbs in 3 months. Overtrained with running 2x a day 30mins and weight training of 2 hours a day.

first month weight could be measured each day. I lower calories to basic necessity (two meals, basically 4-6oz of light meat, veggies, pita bread, and a snack well treat to avoid cravings....took multi vitamins and mineral supplements.

my heart rate was only about 68-70 at the time I started...it would raise about 10 points at first and then just a few after a week or two....

the danger of ephedra (it's a asthma medicine by the way in the same dosage you'd take to lose weght) is many people take too much or have a heart condition to begin with.

The US protects the stoopid at the expense of those that know.

The second time I took it I drop 10lbs in a month for a trip. My pulse was 65ish at the start and lowered to about 60 by the end (I was training too).

YMMV and that's the same with any drug....for the record Tylenol is a known more dangerous drug, however; huge market share has it's advantages.

ive taken ephedra since i was 17, all thru college where i was a 2 sport scolarship athlete. i swear by it. just like anything, do it correctly and reap the benefits. do it incorrectly, and god help ya.

more people die from cigs/alcohol/driving/cancer/etc/etc than ephedra, which is legally sold as Vasopro Ephedrine HCl for asthma medications

justin this is your warning. Attempting to sell banned substances in the future will lead to your own banning from Zilvia.
