I have Ame Shallen Cx Wheels for sale with custom made sizing and offsets for an s14. They're a diamond cut machined finished face with a polished lip. They're 18x9 in the front w/ 3inch lips, 18x10 in the rear w/ 4inch lips, and will come with falken tires. I had a hard time figuring out what the offsets are on them because there really isn't a clear indication on the back of the faces, but I believe they are +12 in the front +18 in the rear. Asking price is $1,600 shipped.
