do a leakdown test, have your injectors tested to make sure they aren't leaking. A leaky injector o-ring can cause a rich condition as well, but a new set of injector O-rings is cheap, and easy to install

Running rich would usually produce a black smoke, not white. Did you get the head decked before putting it back on the new headgasket? White smoke would lean to me think it's more coolant related then gas. How are the plugs? If it's gas related they should be fuel soaked.

O-Rings with an overheating issue? Doubtful, seems like it point more towards a coolant/HG issue. Possibly issue on the block side. You can pickup some UV dye from Autozone that pours into your coolant. Once it runs through you can use the UV light around the block as well as oil and see if you see any traces.

if you're still overheating after doing the head job, you either still have air in the cooling system that needs to be bled out

or

your head is warped and NEEDS to be decked, possibly the block too

It was not overheating b4 i did my headgasket, but it was having alot of white smoke so i decided to do a basic tune up like changing valve seal n headgasket alone with whatever come in the kit. Still didnt fix the white smoke.

Check injector o rings

Unbolt fuel rail set on paper towel
Key on
Watch it piss fuel everywhere
