Hey y'all i need some help in regards to finishing off me steering wheel.
the thread above is the prequel to
this diw.

How should i go about making this work?

Yea i cut my wheel and made it smaller.
Now i wana finish it and wrap it in something
Things I've tried.

Tennis racket wrap.
And adhesive foam and was gonna stitch
leather or something over it.

That was the adhesive attempt.
Came out like shit. Any ideas what i can wrap it in? I j wana use it at this point.
Any ideas suggestions appreciated!! Can pay someone if they can do they work for me.

Make a silicone cast minus the air bag. Use casting resin for the wheel. Wrap in whatever you want.

You'll need to carve out the mold for whatever thickness you want the wheel.

Alcentera, stretch vinyl, leather, whatever. Will probably need stitching to make it look cleaner. I think you can tint the resin too. Just trim, sand, and polish. Be all trendy and shit.

Rolls and Rolls and Rolls of electrical tape, and then make sure to zip tie the the end so it doesn't fray.

Electrical tape might be last resort. Or i can buy a hitman wheel!!!

I tried the wrap with the tennis racket attempt almost the same as the one you posted but plastic. Might give it another shot the leather. looks better.
Thanks for input anyone else have any expierence suggestions with this please add!
