S13 89' mystery connector

It does look like the connector to the radiator/condenser fan. What are the wire colors on it? The factory electrical manuals are your friends in this case.

Pretty sure that plug is not related to headlights. If you swapped in a harness and then it caused something to not work, then you did something wrong.

It's the plug for the cruise control actuator. I spent 20 minutes digging this out, you're welcome.
