3 peice wheel question

I bought a set of 3 peice wheels. I'm currently looking for lips that are 20 and cant find any. Is it possible to use 40 bolt or another lip and redrill it for my wheels? If so what is the process.

Best advice I can say is to contact a seller like threepiece or vrwheels that can help you.

For example;
If you are trying to relip Works VSKFs that show 20 holes, these lips would work since they're standard 40 holes for works (VSKFs, VSS, VSXX, and Equips).
