OK im gonna make this easier, here is a picture of the bolts in question:

Correction: the top bolt and the bottom bolt(both of the coolant bolts) are the same, I got those, the middle bolt(oil feed from block) is what I need.

thats what everyone says, and its true for the coolant bolts, thats what im using now, but the oil feed on a Z is not the same, and i can't tell which bolt would be the right one, i orderd 1 that looked like it might be it but no one seems to know for sure so I guess ill find out, im just trying to get more options in case im wrong.

i cant see a pic my comp didnt load one. but if you are asking what size is the oil feed side on the turbo coming out of the block. on an sr20det. its 12mmx1.25 pitch.

and if you decide to make stainless lines use an earls fitting on the turbo itself. russell fittings and aeroquip are too long and will bottom-out in the turbo thereby cutting off flow, this is only on the coolant sides though. oi side should be fine.

get SS turbo lines from phase2motortrend! i had to find some banjo bolts, or even the damn crush washers (which youSHOULD replace everytime you replace the bolts) have fun hunting them down :-/

just save the time and the money and get SS turbo lines. it also mikes like 100000 easier not working with those stubborn hardlines.

If you really can't find new crush washers you can hit the old ones with a torch. Just heat them up until they glow and let them cool. It should anneal (sp?) the metal and restore the "crushability' they might have lost.

Save yourself some bloody knuckles and go with a set of steel braided lines from phase2motortrend. makes life easier and adds 10hp ;)
