S14 off-centered rear wheels

I got installed the ruca, rlca, toe arms and traction arms but the wheels moved back as pic shown.

I brought to alignment shop and they can't fix this thing saying caster is only adjusted upfront.

Anyone had an issue on this before?

If you have adjustable traction arms, this will fix it. If not, it's a possibility the bushings are worn out.

Set camber, then toe, and install traction rods after that.

How did you adjust your trac arms?

The arms MUST be adjusted, you can't just bolt them on. I usually use the suspension bolts, set the adjustable arm next to the stock one, and adjust it until the bolt holes line up nice.

Trac arms are adjusted by LENGTH, NOT on an alignment rack...

Your RUCA's, rear toe arms, tension rods, and front tie rods are adjusted on an alignment rack. Any adjustment by length would be just to get it close enough to drive.

I do have adjustable toe arms. So you mean I can adjust it myself, right?
And does it affects the toe when adjusting it?

I didnt notice this until now but to understand the rear adjustment is the following photo (the names are referring to the stock arms on the S14):

The toe arm is not the issue since the mechanic who was trying to fix the issue states it's caster. Knowing this, the only arm that adjusts "caster" in the rear is the "traction" arm. If this is stock, I bet this is blown as I had this issue on my care, so you may want to replace it with an adjustable one.
