Tein HE clearance issues

whatsup guys, some jackass backed into my 90 s13 and left a $1900 dent in it, i got the check and want to start upgrading the suspension. i want to buy the Tein He's but not sure if they will with under my wheels. i have some crappy american racing wheels that were on the car when i bought it. i think the offset is real close if not stock. anyone know?

how bad is the dent? is it on the front or rear?

if it's on the rear and you have 1900 dollars, i would sell the car and buy a 91+

for HE's on my stock s14 wheels i needed 20mm spacers.
