ok guys, i got the pump out no problem, but putting it back in is troubling me. do i just put it back in? or are there brackets that hold the assembly in place? i is there a certain way to put the filter so it doesn't get in the way of anything? I did searches for writeups but they are all gone now. any help would be great!
thnks

which filter are you using? i just got my walbro a couple days ago and havent gotten a chance to put it in yet, but i remember seeing that you are supposed to reuse the stock sock filter.

Where possible, you should NOT reuse the sock filter, esp. if you have a new one!

^^^ But to be clear, the new one needs to be identical in size and placement to the OEM sock...
Many Walbros just come with a little 2"X2" square filter, which may cause fuel starve under hard cornering. Stock-sized filter pretty much eliminates that as a possibility...
AFAIK, Walbro doesn;t make an S14 kit, but one company can set you up with one...see the FA link.
