After a long and beloved ownership of this car, I have decided to let her go. I searched for a clean Kouki for 6 years until I found this car, but I’m currently in law school and don’t drive the car much. I'm also possibly looking to get into another M5.

1997 SE, No rust, Conservative Dyno tune @ 480rwhp on 93 pump gas. 100% Garage kept weekend/show car. I purchased this car from its second owner, Rick, here on Zilvia, who bought the car in 2005. Rick was an adult in his mid 30’s who built this car. I’ve yet to meet someone like Rick, who paid so much attention to detail and did such clean work on the car. I’ve had absolutely ZERO issues with the car since I’ve had it. The motor is bulletproof. The entire car runs and rides perfectly.

Currently has 87,312 original miles. The car has original paint except for the OEM JDM rear bumper and valances that I had installed on the car a few months ago. I still have the original bumper in storage. I have most of the stock parts in storage. Over $26,000 has been invested into the car (can provide receipts) and I have photo documentation of the entire build, which was provided by Rick. I can provide extensive details to any SERIOUS buyer and I'm in NO hurry to sell the car. If it doesn’t sell, it will continue to sit in my garage and be occasionally driven.

This is an absolute TURN KEY car that has ZERO issues. It has been built with the highest quality parts and its condition reflects on that.

I am asking $20,000 for the car. If you do not like my asking price, I’m asking you kindly to PLEASE not bash on my thread. Simply move along. When Rick was selling the car, I picked it up in less than a week, because I knew it was one of the last remaining CLEAN Koukis that weren't ruined due to mods. It's the ultimate perfect Kouki and it was exactly what I was looking 6 years for: CLEAN, TURN KEY, PLENTY POWER, ZERO ISSUES. If you're serious and passionate about this model, it will be worth it for you, too. Please note, I am NOT desperate or in a rush to sell this car. As stated, it will be safely stored if it’s not sold.

NEW PRICE AS OF DECEMBER 27, 2016: $19,500

Lol, by many many bus lengths. However, the Porsche is something else; floor mounted pedals, air cooled, AWD, RUF coilovers, steering wheel, and wheels.

^what the fuk are you idiot talking about? I mean, I dont know if the guy is genuinely interested or not, nor if he has the money for it, but condition of the unibody is one of the most important things when purchasing a car such as the 240sx, and specially when paying a high price (worth it in this case), and that includes the quality of a fender pull.

OP, I said it on your previous thread and I'll say it on this one again: Beautiful car! Perfect example of how an s-chassis should be modify. Not a ricey thing on this car.
I would say "yall noobs should pay attention!!", but I'm sure the lack of stickers keeps them out of this thread.

Lolwat, I sold a stock motor silver moss kouki in June for $10,100. It was incredibly clean and I regret selling it and I'm now searching for a replacement. Poorly pulled quarter panels aren't easily or cheaply repaired and I don't see paying $20k for a car I'd have to sink another $3-4K in to repair the quarter panel damage.

You don't know me, you clearly don't know my history of owning incredibly clean s and z chassis and dropping cash on clean examples. But you have proven yourself a fool and a total clown.

This.. this is the most frustrating thing. Beautiful car, properly maintained, gonna be reliable for years. BUT banks won't offer loans on cars older than 15 or 20 years. Let alone a 90s Nissan. I've tried haha I would for this, all day.

Yet if I wanted, I could get a loan for a rusted Chevy Cavalier that'll explode in 2 weeks

Try PenFed. It's just $5 to open an account with them. That's how I got the loan on the M5. Every credit union I called said the car was either too old (2001) and that it had over 100k miles, so they weren't even giving me a loan, let alone a bad rate. Oh, and when I had found an M5 under 100k miles, they were giving me only wholesale value for it, which was like $14k.

I hit up Pen Fed. Told them the exact loan amount I want. They gave me the full amount I asked for, 2.99% rate for 60 months, didn't care about the year of the car or the miles. Very simple. I suggest you contact them.

https://www.penfed.org/

Also, when I called, they were very concerned as to where I heard about them lol. I think you can only join if you were referred by a member. If that's the case, tell them Onnik Nazaryan referred you.

If I parted it out, I'd be ruining a perfect example of a properly built S14. I'd rather sell it like this so someone can actually enjoy it. Not going to take a perfect car apart just to make some extra money.

The good thing is, I'm in no rush to sell, so I don't need to sell it quickly. Someone with the cash in hand will come along eventually. A TON of people are interested in the car and have made very reasonable offers close to asking price, but they just don't have the cash yet, i.e., they're waiting to sell their car.

Yup, PenFed was the same way. Didn't even do market value or anything. Most credit unions will only give you what they think the car is worth. They were giving me $12k for the M5 smh. I hit up Pen Fed, gave them the loan amount I want, and approved the next day.

If this car is still available when I get back from my deployment, I'm coming there with cash on hand.
