S13 Vert wing question

So I've got an 89' Coupe Hard top and I recently bought a vert wing for it, Does anyone know where I can get a wiring harness for the 3rd brake light?

Wire up a relay to the brake lights as the signal for the relay, get power from the battery.

or ghetto fab it and tap into the brake lights to power the 3rd.
