Does the hatch lock not fit in coupe trunks? Always wondered if they were the same fit or not.

Does the hatch lock not fit in coupe trunks? Always wondered if they were the same fit or not.

I actually just sold a key set to a buyer with a coupe. It's not a direct bolt in but still usable. You swap the Pins over to your coupe lock.

Do you know if it's possible to re-key a lock cylinder without having the right pins? My current key works in my ignition, glovebox, and doors. But doesn't work in my trunk. Is it possible to move the cylinder pins so that my key works?
