Just picked this up on trade not too long ago. Owned by an older couple since '02. I have a receipt showing where it was aligned with new tires in 2009 with 135k miles showing. So, they've barely put 2000 miles on it in 7 years. Has been stored inside since '02.
Overall, it's a pretty clean car. No rocker rust. Very clean underneath. Definitely been painted at some point in it's life (it has some kind of metallic flake in it) but it's showing some typical wear. Interior is in great shape with minimal wear on the driver's seat. I just replaced the door speakers, center console and installed a new head unit in October.
Wheels, tires and coilovers have less than 500 miles on them. They were just installed a few weeks ago (11/19/16).
Mechanically sound. Shifts, starts, runs and drives like it should. I have noticed a little bog/hesitation under load when it sits for a few days. Haven't had much time to diagnose but did throw in a set of plugs, which didn't fix. I'll probably replace fuel filter and plug wires soon to see if that helps. It's not a huge problem and like I said, it clears up after a few minutes of driving.
Title is clean and in my name. Looks like a new cream soft top was installed but rarely used. Looks like there's some oil leaks around the valve cover and possibly rear main seal or oil pan (I notice a drop or two on the garage floor after it sits).
