Howdy y'all. I don't post around here much but wanted to see if anyone had an opinion on this issue:

My SR20DET swap is nearly finished. The engine will crank but I'm getting no fuel pressure. Swap is into a '90 coupe.

1. The pump is good (brand new Walbro, when hooked to 12v it runs)
2. The relay is good - I can feel and hear it click when the ignition is turned to "on"
3. The fuse is good.
4. The wiring is correct, as far as I can tell. I sent my harness to be professionally done. The black wire/pink stripe matches pins in the brown plug by the battery, so I believe it's been re-pinned.

I'm not getting power back by the fuel pump. When I unplug it in the trunk and put a meter on it, I get like 200 millivolts.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Odd, I would assume its something in your harness. Though I am not that familar with the wiring, hope someone can help you out. Have you talked to Travis?

Are you only getting 200mv on the power feed TO the pump? You could have a broken or damaged wire somewhere causing this... Sounds like fun tracking it down, sorry I'm not more help.

Yes, the power to the pump is basically nothing.

Forgive the ignorance, but who's Travis?

your positive its the pump, you said you here the pump priming when you turn the key 'on', then the pump is getting power, pull your injectors still connect to the rail and hold em up on an angle, and have sum1 crank the engine n see if there spraying, other than that, i dont think it would be electrical, if the pins are correct when you plug it in behind the battery it should be fine, and its priming so i dunno, also theres a 2 wire plug on the backside of the batter that has to be cut off and spliced together for your starter to even work, so that oculd be a problem too, good luck hope this helps.

No, the pump is not priming. I hear nothing and the power from the plug in the trunk that comes from the front of the car is next to nothing. If the pump was priming I'd know it was probably an injector or FPR problem.
