wiring help, jdm kouki turn signals s13

i need help to figure out how to wire these things. ok the clear side is the running light correct?? can i just splice that into my side marker?? the signal bulbs it came with are one filament, which tells me they should only come on to signal. not like usdm where the signal is always on and blinks when signaling. do i just plug in the monofilament bulbs into my usdm socket?? is this the correct way they work in japan?? running light is constant, and signal only comes on to signal?? any help would be appreciated.

The wiring is already there, you just need to split it between a pair of 2 prong sockets vs. your current 3prong. Red/blue is parking, black is ground, green/back and green/yellow are turn.
