Just out of curiosity, u said it was tuned, what kind of fuel management is being used? Also, imho, i think it'd be better of running a clutch fan.

The engine management is all factory. You can adjust the AFM to change the fuel delivery. The turbo is a little bigger than stock. So it doesn't run well on the stock setting.
