I have a minty cressy for sale/ trade + cash.
Its a clean title 1989 Toyota Cressida, Toyota's last midsize rear wheel drive sedan in the US until the Is300. Since we missed out on all the other jzx cars, enjoy this jzx83/mx83! We only had the gs300 which is actually a fullsize sedan weighing almost 4000lbs, the mx83 is like the is300/other jzx cars, are between 3000-3300lbs, jack be nimble jack be quick.
The engine swap was performed by a a couple of high level dealership technicians, many untrained eyes think the engine is original because it looks so nice & unmodified
Engine;

does not leak @ all, starts very nice in all temps, sits in traffic in 80+ degree weather no problem.
oil pressure ranges from 50+psi @ cold start to a warm 25 @ idle to 60+ while driving
twin turbos work flawlessly, still @ stock 12psi
3" downpipe
3" thick mishimoto radiator
twin 12" fans
24x36 huge intercooler(sits behind rad support which is nice)
oil cooler with plate, 3/4 stainless n braided lines, an fittings
fresh coolant
fresh royal purple oil change
SAFC2- works great on the 1jz, can dial it in for long trip good mileage, track events, its all within range on the current setup
3" exhaust freeflow, no muffler, sounds amazing
w58 transmission, had 90k when installed from a supra, makes literally no noise, using 75/90 valvoline
sach HD clutch, sc300 flywheel, zero slippage, drives great!
one piece driveshaft, from indy rack and axle, balanced, still under warranty
welded diff (comes with spare torsion unit, just swap the ring over)
Suspension;
knuckles modded @ tie rod link, has a rack from mx73 which allows more angle, longer tie rods
bc racing front coilover units mated to the knuckles
bc racing camber plates
tien rear coilovers
nice alignment
this car is not noisy, it rides very sound, i hate noises and this has none besides turbo, and exhaust out the back while driving

SERIAL NINE trim delete kit
didnt need much else!
(f)18x9 +15 rotas up front w nankang 215/35/18s 340 tread wear, I think they're very nice
(r) 18x9.5 +20 Varrstoen es2, 225/45/18 toyo proxies. I have many spare tires for this car.
All stock cressida 15s with nice all seasons included, ready for winter.
Interior;

pioneer touch screen
temp,oil pressure, boost, afr guages all mounted
speedo does work, fuel guage does work
various other reading such as tach and a few others available through the safc II
This car IS good for road trips, drift events, daily driving, whatever. I wanted a car as reliable as a stock is300 for drifting but with more power, and here it is. The 1jz has less than 55k on it. hasnt even woken up.
On a bonus note;
I also have the entire list of parts needed for a holset single turbo conversion with tubular manifold, turbo, injectors, downpipe parts, oil line kit for twin to single 1jz conversion. All new metal exhaust gaskets. Its all there. I swooped it all just in case.
Oh and beside a knick here and there on the exterior paint this car is 99% rust free. Its stupid how clean it is underneath.
Looking for cash, will entertain trades for other cool rwd cars + cash.
