Bunch of work done on it

*Previous owned said he had it rebuilt about a year ago
*Wastegate flapper professionally welded shut
*Exhaust housing coated
*Wastegate solenoid plug
*Custom he351 vband (4.4 inches) to 3 inch vband reducer
*he351 vband clamp (4.4 inches)

Work done and the parts in total cost almost as much as what I'm asking for the turbo.
