i need help fast

i had the 5spd trans conversion done and now there is alot of noise i hear that i never heard before when i had my auto trans. my trans only has about 17K mi on it. i have a B&M short shifter and it is extremely difficult to put it in 1st 5th and reverse is that normal. another thing is when i put the car in neutral it grinds when i try and put it in gear it grinds when i shift it grinds sometimes it seems as if the clutch is not releasing so i can shift. the only time it works is if the trans is warm. what the hell is going on with my car, what are the problems

Bad transmission, poor install.

is yor clutch shot, might wana pick up a new one a those, tob might be bad, is your clutch coming back? if not then its gona grind going into gear, was the tranny oil flushed out and filled back up that would cause it to grind too, check these symtoms n see wat happens.

b&m are notorious for noise but your prob seems much worse.
