Looks like they been resilicone around the lens of both lights.

And?

They've never been taken apart. I had issues with the lights fogging up and resealed them, but it ended up they just weren't draining moisture/water out properly. No issues now.

For some reason the 'cool' color temp ones are discontinued now, which is what I used.
