There are numerous guides and how-to's out there on how to do this. I am not trying to take credit for the technical info, because its been out there on the net for sometime.
I did have to look at a few different posts/forums to gather the correct information , which is the reason for this how-to. The others are missing pictures/diagrams, and there is a lot of misinformation. I specifically followed Codyace's instructions for what its worth and had zero issues. I do have a MS-PNP2, but it is still setup for wasted spark or factory oem sr20 coilpacks at the moment. It runs silky smooth up top.

Alternatively you can use 2JZ Plug boots or MSD Boots and custom make a COP setup.
First, you need to delete your igniter. This is simple. Disassemble the igniter and wire straight across. Leave the (G) pin alone.

Next, you need to rewire the coilpack harness for the SR20. This is simple. I am going to assume you purchased the coilpacks with a harness, like I did, for the sake of this write-up. If not, you simply purchase (4x) LSx coilpack harness connectors from wiring specialties and follow the rest of this guide. I happened to have a spare SR coilpack harness, so I re-used 6" of OEM wiring and the connector. The wire color next to the pink wire on each connector corresponds with the 5V ECU SIGNAL.

For example, if the #1 Coilpack Connector has a Dark Purple wire next to the pink one, then you would wire the dark purple wire to the black lead wire coming from PIN 1 on the SR20 Connector. Rinse and repeat for the other 3.
LS WIRE COLORS to S13 SR20DET SENSOR WIRING
12V (PINK) -> BLACK\WHITE (12V) (PIN 6)
5V ECU SIGNAL (#1) -> COILPACK #1 (PIN 1 )(BLACK)
5V ECU SIGNAL (#2) -> COILPACK #2 (PIN 2)(RED\WHITE)
5V ECU SIGNAL (#3) -> COILPACK #3 (PIN 4) (RED)
5V ECU SIGNAL (#4) -> COILPACK #4 (PIN 5)(RED\GREEN)
GROUND (BLACK) -> ENGINE GROUND
GROUND (BROWN) -> CHASSIS GROUND
Finally, you need to install your new spark plugs, modified igniter, and coilpacks w/ modified harness. This is how I temporarily chose to mount mine. I have minimum clearance with the hood due to my nismo mounts raising my motor pretty high. The ignition wires are short too, but I had zero problems attaching them to the spark plugs with my fingers and closing my hood. I attached my ENGINE GROUND to the factory location on the engine head behind the motor. I attached the CHASSIS GROUND to the fender.
