1989 240sx 2 tone coupe, in Chatlotte NC

I'm selling my 1989 240sx 2 tone coupe
its a nice daily driver its only got 138,***miles and it has HUD
i've done a auto to manual swap, it runs and drive excelent
it got an exhaust leak but i have another exhaust to replace it
its got a good amount of rust, and the seat belt dont retracked
but i was told that nissan replaces them for free, other then that everything
works fine, but like i said it a good daily driver.

Things i've done,
Tune up
Air filter
fuel filter
put in a Manual Tranny (like i said above)

Could you send me some photos of rust how d is the rust is it repairable thanx
