Yes. The issue most people have is with the auto Ecu looking for the auto trans after the swap. You should be fine as there is no trans codes for the manual ecu.

I would wire the 5th gear and reverse sensors though to avoid not having reverse light and the Rev limiter coming on early. I have a kouki manual harness also if you need.
