ok so i got a problem, my motor would run but it would flood the combusion chamber with fuel and i get trouble starting back up... what could be the problem? Timing off? retarded or advanced?

Check the fuel injectors, I'm sure that's the problem. I had the same thing happened. One of your injectors is stuck openned.
1. Take off fuel rail with injectors still connected (15 mins max)
2. Put the ignition switch on II. If one of injectors start spraying, replace it.

check fuel injectors, and if those are good, check fuel regulator.

Im pretty sure it's a stuck injector. I just had that problem too. Check all the spark plugs to narrow it down to a cylinder, then replace it. If buying a new injector and you get a 300zx one, make sure its from a 95-96 twin turbo model.
