Does the dohc cluster come with the harness?

(Seems the dohc clusters are a tight fit into a USPS longer flat rate box, so please be advised.)
(Also, To keep prices down on shipping, I do not package with bubble wrap unless stated to do so! it cost extra. I do wrap it in anything I can find free lol)
