I purchased the wheels from VRwheels and they came with the lips. They are in great condition. No curb rash. Polished. These lips will fit 40 hole applications Work VSXX, Work Equip M1, etc.

These are 3" 3.5" would measure 4" the flange doesn't count i need 3.5-4"
