I don't know if any one has done this but i have a dark maroonish red s13 and i was thing of painting the roof black.
I can get it done for like $100, i think it might look nice.  

Ideas, pics?

I never liked that idea, but if you think it will look good then give it a try.

When I repaint my car I am going to have the roof painted black. I know with the color combination i have it will be awesome. Bright red on the body and black roof will look really cool

yeah i always thought of that as an option. i've wanted to see what it looks like though, b/c now i'm getting my car painted lexus silver with a zilver prismatic glaze. i'm thinking of getting the roof apinted back thouhg.. i dunno..? <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>

interesting idea. there have been cars painted like that from factory......1st gen Eclipse, NSX etc (i think!?). find pics of them....might help decide! <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

wow, that's amazing, i had a pic in mind, and it looks like shit, but since it's the hatch back, and there's little body to paint, i think it looks sweet, see a coupe could of never pulled it off &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'>
