I personally don't buy cars that have been fucked with. I like buying stock cars (especially automatic) and then going from there.

Is this really just a project car or would it be your daily driver?

That car looks like it would need some serious work. It might not have rust, but the body panels look wrinkled.

It's either you get that at a really good/low price and have your own shop to do the many future repairs or pass on this one and save some more for one in a better condition.

If you're not a mechanic, go with one so that you can assess what that car needs to get it running. But from the looks of it, I would pick the red over that white one.

Just make sure and check for rust EVERY WHERE. NY is a btych on cars.

Would be nice to flip, assuming the interior is okay and nothing is catastrophic with the engine. I would manual swap it, get it running solid and sell it.

Either get the best cheapest one you can find and deal with the consequences, or go look at and drive a few so you can get a good idea about your options. Both the ones you have listed are project cars and will cost probably double the purchase price to get totally solid. You can also ask the guys in your local area section here on zilvia as they will have a better idea about your local market, or you can expand your search nationwide to get better options and have fun with a road trip to drive it home.

the white one is pretty haggard. not worth turning into a project unless you really know what youre doing. even then, its over priced.

I would stay away from that one. There will be more. Be patient.
