Hello Everybody,
This is my first time posting and not sure if this is the right section or not, but I just wanted to know what my 240 is worth!
It has 60k miles on the odometer and is a 1995 SE model. It is a true manual and COMPLETELY stock. I couldn't get the forum uploader to work so here is a link to a imgur album: http://imgur.com/a/iOBqk
Thanks Much,
Mike

6k minimum.
8k for the right buyer.

with that condition and low mileage, I honestly would expect it to fetch $10k.
ONLY because of the low mileage and excellent condition
(assuming there is no rust or any unseen damage)
you will for sure have to wait a while to get that amount, but I'd say its worth holding on to.

Beautiful example, it's worth 7/8k to the right buyer, but please don't sell. It's becoming quite rare to see a s-chassis in that shape. unfortunately most will not share any enthusiasm for the OEM condition car far less for a "mere zenki" in that price range.

If you're basing it off drift tax, then 10k or something equally as ridiculous. If you're talking actual worth, 3k is high. I've paid over $2600 for a car like that 8-12 years ago. Depreciation still working the same, that wouldn't mean it to increase in value. But, with drift tax, yeah, get as ridiculous as you want. Somebody with 13inch wide wheels, PBM coils, Issis blast pipes, a rocket bunny knock-off kit, and a BCL wing will buy it, wrap it, throw it on the gram, and be the next cambergang/superdori star. It'll go to a good home at that price.

Thanks for the responses everyone , I don't plan on actually selling it, Just wanted to see what it is actually worth. I bought it in Colorado In June and drove it back to Minnesota. It's been a blast driving it stock and I plan to keep it that way =).

Shut the fuck up with the drift tax already. 8-12 years ago there were a LOT more in this condition. It's extremely rare to find one this clean, with this few of miles, and have all the bells and whistles including what looks like pristine leather interior. $6k would be a lowball on this car.

I think I remember seeing this car listed, totally worth the amount you probably paid for that car (if it is that car.)

My little bro picked up a 97 le original owner 110k mint car paid $2200 with a smile! This was within this past year. they r out there u just have to look and hunt every day and have cash and the balls to tell the boss man I got to go or the car will be gone! That being said ive had a few hand fulls of s13/s14 and I have never spent over $500 on one. I like to bring them back from the dead

No plans on making it a daily here with Minnesota's brutal winters. The oem cd player still works great too!

I still don't understand the "drift tax" bs. That's just some silly term coined by butthurt people who can't afford a nice example of an s-chassis. A car is worth what someone is willing to pay. Market value.

thats a clean stock car - do something about the exhaust tips, it looks terrible.
not worth 6k, but im sure someone would pay it if they were fanatical about it

Glad you came here like I mentioned on FB. This really will show you the nation wide market. Not just local Dtown & MNNI haters / lovers.
I cant see 5 figures, but definitely in the ≈ 6-8k range.
PM me if you want to sell it.

He said to the guy that's had 3 240's, 2 350's, and 1 G35. It isn't about being able to "afford" the car. It's about what you're getting for your money. And the price didn't start going up until drifting became popular. HENCE the term. You guys are so sensitive about your cars lol.

Imo drift tax= supply and demand. There are a ton of cars n trucks that kbb or better yet nada say ain't worth shit but in real life they are selling for 3x that amount. That's just life get over it! This is not just a 240sx thing. I'm into diesels trucks as well and the market would blew your mind a truck with 200k that kbb says is worth 8k go for 20k on that fast it's just life and supply and demand.

This all started because I was answering a question. And then, I clarified. It's not emotional to me. And that doesn't make it less ridiculous. I've seen/sold Diesel trucks. They're far more useful than quarter century entry level sports coupes. But, I digress. Land Rovers are spiffy Explorers that sell for twice the money. Not emotional. Just ridiculous.

I see this a lot as well in rural Minnesota areas where everyone is into "rolling coal". I Couldn't agree more, no reason to get upset about it.
