Wiring plug not plugged in

Hi All,

I just purchased my first SR swapped 240 yesterday. It has a blacktop SR with stock everything except a front mount inter-cooler. I was looking around this morning and noticed a plug was not plugged in. I am brand new to turbo engines and the SR scene as well, so please bare with me. Any help is appreciated.

The plug is located next to the throttle cable.

Does anyone know where this is plugged into?

There is a lot of emissions stuff that is typically delated. That doesn't look like any main plug. I think I remember one similar plugged in under the fuse box maybe. Is it part of US harness or JDM harness?

Yeah, I think the previous owner used the US harness and hacked it up to make it work. I may get a new harness though.
