I've been going through my car now that it's running well and I keep coming across little things I never took the time to figure out.

Firstly at this link:

The lower hot pipe on this greddy intercooler kit has a flange. I hooked it to the wastegate but the flange is huge and obviously not meant for that application. Could that be the old school location for BOV recirculation? I currently don't recirculate and i've been searching and can't find other intercooler piping with that flange.

Also is it ok running the wastegate to a throttle body connector if i remove it from the lower hot pipe?

Secondly does anyone have experience running a pressure line to their secondary/lower nipple on their BOV? Is it worth it? Does it help anything?

It's a greddy BOV also.

any ideas would be appreciated!

You re-circulate a blow off valve to the intake pipe after the MAF sensor.

Just run a single manifold vacuum line to the BOV.

The flange on the lower charge pipe is for a blow off valve.

I have this intercooler. All i did was capped that flange off. I've seen people weld it shut. Otherwise, stated above.

oh ok, i didn't think about that flange being used for a BOV.

I guess I will continue to run the line from the wastegate to the lower flange for now and weld a flange on the intake for recirculation from the BOV.

Thanks for the input guys!
