So i talked with the guy I bought it from, he was pretty clueless and after a little more research I found that what he meant to say was it had the Mexican built Ka24 replaced, with the Japanese built Ka24. You can tell because of the location of the oil dipstick and the shape of the oil pan.

was replaced with a stock ka24de from Japan
