I apologize to the rest of the board for bringing this back from the dead, but it looks like Bryant has yet again taken a board members money, and not followed through with the transaction. I sent Bryant $40.00 via paypal on 4/9. Not alot of money, but it's the principal of it all. Was told I would have the spark plug cover 4/19 and that it shipped 4/14. It is now 4/24. No response to PM, email or phone call, since the day I was told I'd see it 4/19. It's really not that hard to follow through with this kind of stuff. It is pure ignorance on his part and lack of commitment to customers. As a business owner myself, I find it a shame that this person represents a company that sponsors this board, who neglects customers with his personal sales, which in turn reflects the reputation of the company he works for. I wish I had read the numerous posts about steering wheels, coilovers, etc who were promised to customers and was given the run-around about. There is no excuse for this type of service be it personal or not.
