Hey guys, for the past few months Ive been tearing my hair out trying to find the source of a horrible drivetrain noise that showed up after putting my car back together for the second time after changing the clutch and installing poly subframe bushings.

Basically, whenever I let out the clutch in gear (more notably a higher gear) something is making a horrible knocking noise from the rear end, slightly louder on the passenger side. In the quest to fix the issue, I have replaced the 2 piece driveshaft for a 1 piece z1 motorsport unit, I have rebuilt the VLSD with new Timken diff side carrier bearings with new circlips for the stub shafts, and I have now replaced the axle twice (the first time I thought perhaps I got a defective part as the noise persisted). It should also be noted that the exhaust does not make contact with any parts and has brand new hangers.

At this point, I have zero idea what else could be causing this god awful noise. Below are a few videos I took of the car, as well as pertaining info. ANY HELP IS COMPLETELY APPRECIATED!!

possibly wheel bearings? is there any noticeable play in the hubs with the car in stands?

Sorry forgot to update this, I pulled both axles and ran the car in stands, it still makes the noise with no change. My money is in the spec clutch right now. I have a new clutch setup on the way
