How many points is that roll cage? I think new rules for FD say 8 point is mandatory.

This is a 6 point cage. Legal for all FD levels.
Below is from Formula D pro rule book.
GENERALAll
roll cage structures must be designed in an attempt to protect the occupants from any
angle, 360 degrees.
The roll cage shall attach to the chassis/unibody in a minimum of 6 points.
Bolt in roll cages compliant with FIA Schedule J standards and regulations are allowed.
The safety cage structure shall not unduly impede the entry or exit of the driver/crew.
Any tube forming part of a safety cage structure shall not carry fluids or any other materials.
SAFETY CAGE KITS- Despite some manufacturers’ claims, not every safety cage structure
built from a commercially available ‘kit’ complies with the current FIA regulations.

Even with what you posted mine passes tech since my car has wheel intrusion bars. I'm assuming that's where they get the 8 from so yes its an 8 point cage.
