I want to get a solid set of coilovers for my s14. Right now its a daily driver but I do want to take it to the track sometimes so I am interested in better performance. My budget is around $1500 and I really don't know whats good or what I should avoid so what are some good options?

There is already plenty of reviews and opinions out there.
If anything you need to check out the small questions thread and not make an entire new topic on this matter.
Use the search button for further questions first.

I have perfect coils for you, im partimg my S14 and selling Stance procomp XR with swift springs 9k 7k. I was actually about to post them up and looking for 1500 shipped. These are the top 1 way coilovers stance makes. Lemme know if interested in pics :^)

To all the people bitching about this being covered, i looked before I made this thread and all of them were more on a budget, under a $1000 and stuff, and thats not what i need information on. If there is a thread i missed, post a link, id be happy to see it.

look into MCA suspension. australian brand however their entry level blue spec coils would fall under your budget i would think. best mix between track and street coil and can change valving/springs and such to suit your specs.

If your looking for comfort get some lowering springs.

I considered that but i have the money and my suspension is on its way out so i figured coilovers would be the best in my situation

Spend that money on some track time + tires. You don't need coilovers until you have some track events under your belt.

My suspension is going to be leaking anyday now and i want to modify my car in a way that will enhance it's performance. Killing two birds with one stone. I already take it on backroads and would enjoy less worn out suspension, i dont need track events to get justify getting coilovers. It needs to be done eventually and i have the money now, so why wouldn't I

SCALE Suspension. If you need some help or more infos, PM me.
You can get something crazy for 1145$USD (or 1495$USD with Swift springs all around)

Off the shelf:
I think Fortune Auto Tune is really good for the price. Stance is nice as well. I would look for used ones as you will get a better product for a lesser price. (I picked up some Tokico blues with H&R springs for $80 on Craigslist).
Best Option:
In my opinion the BEST option for your price point would be to build you own coilovers using Bilstein/Koni inserts with ground control coil-overs. It is much more complicated/work/research but will yield you a better part.

lol k
Lowering springs plus appropriate dampers, with mounts? Logic says to just buy coilovers.
