I have a used Apexi noir exhaust for an s13 includes a test pipe as well. Not too terribly loud and has a nice tone only issue is it has lived a low life and has acquired some scratches but is fully functional. 200$
I also have a newly put together stock appearing and sounding exhast in really good shape as well I was using it with a cut out to a louder muffler and I can include the complete set up with circuit sport cut out for another 50$. This is perfect for after you get an exhaust ticket and need to return to stock full quiet exhaust 150$
