HELP!! Usdm to JDM signals

I just recently converted to a JDM front bumper on my Kouki. i need help with the turn signals. i just bought the circuit sport clear turn signals and i got the bulbs and everything but the old USDM wiring will not fit the JDM turn signals. the USDM has one bulb and the JDM has 2, is there a wiring harness or something i need to get to make these signals fit? im really lost and anything help! Thank you!

I was lazy and wire the whole light into turn signals (as in the corner lights blink too when I turn on the signal).
