Does that have special mounting brackets on the C-Pillars? And does it affect the lifting of your hatch cover at all?

Mounts to stock seatbelt points. If your car is zenki 180 it didn't have those brackets for belts. Hatch cover functions as normal :)

Is this end piece that I circled part of the actual bar, or part of the car? I'm really interested in picking this up, I just want to make sure it'll fit right.

That is part of the bar, I know this because I have the exact same C-Pillar Brace on my Fastback as well.. Just make sure you have the OEM stock Rear seat belt brackets that are always present on any 91-93 240SX Fastback, unless gutted or purposely removed
