Hey everyone
Just got done build a Datsun 510 with a sr20 in it
Looking at changing turbos since mines on it way out and looking for something more Driveable

It's a 90mm sleeved sr20 stock crank
9:1 compression
Ported polished sr20 s15 Vtc head that I elimated the vtc of
Kelford cams 272 268 with super tech springs and tomei cam gears
Has Carrillo pro h beams acl bearings
Id2000 injectors e85 on a haltech platinium pro
2 In tank walboro 450's
-8 feed -6 return
Greddy short runner intake manifold with a 90mm n15 throttle body
Precision 46mm waste gate 17 pound spring
Bb 6262 .64 tial housing

Haven't had it on the dyno yet but my turbo now has some shaft play in and out just a matter of time before it blows

Looking for 500 hp
Any luck on any smaller turbos Borg precision Garrett?

Thanks

500hp on corn is easily achievable with your setup. With your setup and your power goal i would recommend a pte 5858. If you want to leave some window room to get high in the 700 hp range look at the 6262 or 6266. Make sure that you have upgraded wristpins and 1/2 headstuds at above 650.

Smallest turbo that will sufficiently reach your power goals.

if you want maximum response and don't mind 22+ psi for your 500whp figure the EFR 7064 would be the way to go, if you don't mind a bit of lag (similar to 3076R) and room for mid to high 500's on 20+ psi. EFR7670 would be the way to go. Evo guys are getting 560ish whp out of them at 29 - 32 psi
