Rev idles at 2300 for a little then goes down

When I rev it when warm it comes down to 2000-2500rpm then stays for about 3 seconds then back down to normal idle!

why is your idle so high?
usually high uncontrollable idle is iacv coolant lines but ive seen kinked lines cause the same.

Anyway if timing and coolant lines connected and bled? Try lowering your idle and verify tps closed value.

My normal idle is at 1k RPM but when I rev it stays at 2000-2500 then after3 seconds it goes back down
