Do you have S14 rear seat brackets? Like the hinges and the top brackets it attaches to.

If you're talking about these L shape brackets on the lower part of the back rest, then yes they'll come with it.

Those and also the ones at the top bolted to the chassis that the back attaches to when it's up.
