Hey fellas,

New to the DC area (Fairfax to be more precise). Drive a kouki S14 with an rb25 transplant and am having concerns about the registration/inspection processes.

No cat, no passenger airbag, no bumper support atm (need to weld bars in asap), etc. Coming from Kansas, where they don't care about emissions or safety, from what I've read; this place is the complete opposite. Someone out there has to have registered a swapped motor :P

Help a brother out!

Just get out there, meet some people and you'll find someone to help (of course some additional $$appreciation$$ may be necessary)

There are meets at chic fil a in sterling every Friday, around 7/8pm. I see drift events pop up every once in a while too.

Good luck!

Welcome to NOVA! How do you like the traffic so far? Register your car as being garaged in Cullpeper VA... that will get you around emissions. After that I may be able to help you get safety inspection. Hit me up...I too have a Kouki w/rb25
