Part it out

What block, what wiring, what's the exterior like.... There are 10 million things you're missing that would change the price

You mean a custom exhaust isn't CARB approved!? Ridiculous. LOL

The exhaust is kinda carb approved lol I have the catalytic converters from the E rod but I only have two O2 sensors for my wiring harness. Do I need to have for to be completely Carb approved or no?

Pictures would help. As far as parting it out, you just have to be patient and deal with lots of annoying PM's of people asking to buy things with no intent of purchasing.

I believe anything emission wise on the engine in its original chassis needs to be there for anything it is swapped into, regardless if the engine is newer than the vehicle. You can probably find out more on that by contacting the Air Resource Board to be sure but I'm 99% sure that is how it is.

This guy here is in CA and did a pretty good guide to LS swapping an S13. He doesn't go deep into detail on everything he did for emissions but its a good read anyways. http://speed.academy/nissan-240sx-v8-ls3-engine-swap-guide-how-to-part-1/

Yea I read that article but I don't know if you need four o2 or just 2 but my s14 won't be legal at all and I'm not going to try to make it legal bcuz I don't have a ls3 which makes everything easy to make it carb and want it running already. It's been almost two years that I been working on it.

If you're not trying to make it legal then don't even sweat about it lol Just trailer it and beat the fuck out of it.

Lol yea I know that's my plan and Imma buy another car for everyday use but I wish I made this 240 a build on here bcuz I don't know anyone who did a ford 9 in build on here other then powerblock but they didn't do a complete guide lol
