adjusting s13 tein he?

from the factory tein sets the he at full stiff, all the way clockwise, right? and before you install them they tell you to go 12 clicks counterclockwise(soft). so my question is how long should you let the shocks break in before you adjust them stiffer or can you adjust them stiffer right away and when you do adjust can you go full stiff right away or do you want to slowly adjust stiffer and stiffer. any info would be greatly appreciated

when I recieved mine I did the full 12 clicks to full soft,then up 8 clicks in rear an up 9 in front.I Found at that settin my rear would come out without warning alot! So 9 was for street an when I hit the canyons,I set the rear at 7 an it would let me slightly roll into turns,alot more control in my opion.I dont recomend running a coilover full stiff daily as the dampners are goin to blow quickly,not like 2-3weeks,but over a few months I would assume an experienced through friends set ups.
