My buddy and I are working on his KA-T and are trying to simplify vacuum lines. First of all, we removed the mess of lines at the back of the head:

And now we've got the FPR vacuum going to the nipple on the lower rear of the intake manifold, that's the small line, and the large hose on the right is the brake booster hose:

We're planning on running the blow off valve and boost gauge lines off of a tee, with one line that then runs into a tee on the FPR line, the line that would run to the FPR would come off the center nipple on this tee:

At the moment, we have the vacuum hardlines all capped off, if we can do that, at the back of the intake and under the throttle body:

Now the way we have it set up, the car won't start. What did we do wrong and what can we fix???

Everyone I've spoken to says to never T off the fuel pressure regulators vac line. Use one from below the TB

One of the vacuum hardlines? Or the nipple on the bottom of the throttle body?

One of the hardlines, I used the one that went to the charcoal can

You got the fuel lines reversed?
I have my FPR and boost gauge T'd off the small brass FPR nipple on the back of the lower manifold.
Did you cap the nipple on the front/side of the lower manifold behind the throttle body (on right side if looking at it) (it points directly at the block)
I don't know what that hardline thing is, but I suspect the is the vent for the fuel tank which is not vacuum.

We got it running, turns out the distributor plug had come loose somehow. This is what it's doing now, after he revs it up high, he lets off the throttle and it does the rest all by itself. It's done this for months and we have no idea why. It also blows black smoke like crazy. Has an Enthalpy tune as well.

Pull the injector rail
Put paper towel under it
Turn key on (pump comes on)
Observe fuel rail/paper towel to see if it is leaking fuel. Injector o-rings are very common issues

EDIT:
Just watched the video, seems like a fueling problem. First stop is checking injector o-rings
